Tower Rate analyzes electricity bills for building owners. This page explains what information we receive, what we do with it, and who else handles it.
We use this information to prepare your savings scan, to make the changes you approve if you hire us, to verify savings, and to contact you about that work. We may also use usage data with names and addresses removed to improve how we analyze buildings.
We do not sell your information.
We keep your information while we are working with you and afterward as records of the work. If you ask us to delete it, we will delete what we hold that we are able to delete and tell you what we have to keep and why.
The site does not set cookies or run analytics. Cloudflare records basic request logs, such as IP address and time, to deliver and protect the site, and the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address.
We limit access to your information and use providers with standard security controls. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords or payment card numbers by email.
